what's a decent tracker that uses a SIM card? I was going to use an old phone since it's only $40/yr through Shaw but I'd rather use a dedicated device for it.

Like a cellphone automatically pinging cell phone towers, i think its just automatic where the tag just pings any apple device that has there bluetooth enabled. Im assuming cause of legalities that apple or samsung is allowed to do this cause its there own products..... i dunno im just making shit up. I have my galaxy tag attached to my kids backpack so i know where he is at all times.
Oh to answer ur question, only the apple owner of the airtag can see where it is at all times. Unless another apple user finds the tag and decides to connect it to there phone aswell to track it.

^ it can't be that shoddy, another apple user who finds an airtag can't pair to it if it is already paired to a device ... at least that's what I would think or hope.
It probably isnt, i assume theres some type of pw or code that u need to pair the tag. I did this a couple months ago and i completely forgot how its done

Is there any difference between the $20 vs $100 vs $300 ob2 readers? I know the more expensive ones are able to pull codes for European and description of errors.
Some good points. I'm sold on SACD. I went out a few years ago and got a feature loaded BluRay player. Haven't looked back. Actually, I don't think there are any CD only players out there anymore. A player with a good DAC or get an external one

The limited and numbered SACD version I ordered back in May just arrived. Had it shipped to Blaine. Playing it now. Nice. Not quite vinyl quality, but no snap, crackle, pop..........
Contemplating getting the "One Step" vinyl version. I have the Art & Garfunkel Bridge Over Troubled Water vinyl and man, it is amazing. If only I had like a $600,000.00 system. Definitely pre-ordering the Eagles Hotel California. That way I can really compare the difference between a good SACD and the MoFi One Step vinyl. I have a Pressed in Japan SACD of Hotel California. Also, amazing. Night and day compared with common re-releases.

One of the tragedies in life - an artist going blind, or a recording musician going deaf. BTW, Beethoven was deaf by the time he was in his mid 20's. Still found a way to keep going.

Phil Schiller deleted his account, but the Apple account hasn't tweeted before so it was always 0 tweets. And the tweets from "Apple" are actually Ads that look like real tweets.
