The suspense is killing the fanbase ... any other clues?

radeonboy 04-27-2023 08:31 PM

Is it in this list here?

If you guys just bought a new car with M+S tires, would you just use those for the entire year or would you get some summer tires to use and save the M+S for the winter time? or would you buy a dedicated set of Snow tires and use the M+S for non-winter?

I don't mind spending the money, but i'm not sure what to do.

68style 04-27-2023 10:25 PM

I'd wear out the M+S and and buy dedicated wheels with winter tires... and when the M+S wear out, replace them with summers

radeonboy 04-27-2023 11:50 PM

^+1 on this. Now's also a good time to pick up some used winter tires if you have the space to store them.

Depends on the car.
On a Porsche? I'll get summers. On a base golf? I'll run what it came on.

Depends. For a daily driver like a Civic or my RDX I'd just throw CrossClimates on them right away and sell the OEM tires before there are too many miles on them (I may even negotiate with my dealer to see if they can swap it for a small cost). The quality of all weather tires means I'm not gonna buy dedicated winters unless my car came with summer tires.

unit 04-28-2023 07:25 AM

maybe if i had a sporty car i would do that. if that were the case i probably wouldnt own all weather or m+s tires, i'd prob have full blown winters that i put on for 5 months then summers for the rest of the year, just to get the best of both worlds.

Badhobz 04-28-2023 07:32 AM

best tires are triangle tires. FeelsGoodMan

68style 04-28-2023 07:56 AM

I felt lied to when I bought those, they weren't triangles at all

Badhobz 04-28-2023 08:01 AM

i know. i felt the same when i bought triangle snow tires from this place on east hastings and commercial (south china tire something something?) this scammy chinese uncle sold me 4 of those "triangles" for 200 dollars including balancing and mounting on my old ratrolla.

never skipped a beat with those tires and the ratrolla was able to climb boundary & hastings intersection like a mountain goat in the snow.

i wonder if that shop is still operational. He used to do the tires for my dad on our 2001 sentra too. he must be a gazillion years old now, and his wife also worked in the shop.

So, any suggestions on where to get a will done up?

I used Willful (https://willful.co?grsf=ueaqqj) and it was a pretty easy experience and cheap. If you want to deal with a real human (lawyer) it will run you about $800+ - I would only go down that route if you have a complex life that needs handing over.

donk. 04-28-2023 10:52 AM

Mustangs and Camaros want to be it, the transmission is "unique" vs most other manual cars, the wheels have a very high offset

Viper !!!!!! It has to be

radeonboy 04-28-2023 12:17 PM

^I thought of that too, but 2015 Vipers aren't half the price of a NSX though...

I'm going to guess CTS-V.

You cannot make this stuff up ...

Photographer Ken Pretty — from the town of Dildo (NS) — captured aerial photos Thursday

A man from Dildo, N.L. has captured the attention of iceberg lovers after photographing an oddly-shaped hunk — now popularly known as the "dickie berg" on social media — off the coast of Newfoundland.

I kept driving the M+S on our X3 until one of them got a puncture that couldn't be fixed. Put some DWS06 on afterwards as I wasn't a fan of swapping tires for the winter on both cars.

Would have kept using the OEM tires if they didn't have a puncture, still got lots of life left.

Same, I've been using DWS06+ all year round for the past two years since I didn't want to swap tires. Great performance tires for year round use especially in the wet. They're no CC2s though in the snow, so I try not to drive when it snows unless I absolutely need to.

EvoFire 04-28-2023 06:41 PM

They were fine in the snow the last two years. Not the most amazing but you won't get stuck either, and you won't hit anything as long as you aren't retarded.

ImportPsycho 04-29-2023 12:56 AM

piece of shit
I don't remember sexual assault ever being mentioned until now.

Razor Ramon HG 04-29-2023 03:58 AM

I remember sexual assault being implied or the main motivation of the crime. Not sure why the reporter mentioned a publication ban on the victim's name, it's been posted in the media all over before.

unit 04-29-2023 08:03 AM

disgusting.. hard to even think about what she went through in her last moments.

HonestTea 04-29-2023 11:38 AM

Fucking disgusting.. I feel so bad for her family as this piece of shit continues to drag this process out.

Hondaracer 04-29-2023 12:06 PM

I think he deserves a second chance, as most felons do in glorious Canada
