That Evora though. That was great. Go take a look. I might have farted in it. |

Caveat: I’m a stupid old man who drives slowly and don’t track anything. Speeds past 140kmh makes me nervous and pee comes out involuntarily |
Group of guys attacked n yelled anti-lgbtq slurs at a man n woman outside a liquor store in Ontario because they thought the couple bought budlight https://globalnews.ca/news/9684566/v...ult-bud-light/ |
991 is surprisingly well-mannered. The car feels really MR with just a hint of rear weight bias. I was honestly surprised very surprised by the balance. With the Evora, my memory might be a little hazy on this since it has probably been 4+ years ago, if not longer. But one time when I was driving an Evora (LHD Canadian car, no less), the foot pedals, steering wheel, and driver seat didn't exactly line up. I forgot which item it was that was off centered, but my driving position had to be really awkward to compensate for it. (I think it was an Evora -- pretty sure it was a British brand car.) |

https://www.landrovervancouver.ca/en...BoCWZIQAvD_BwE AMG GT with 36,000 for $130k lol yea fucking right a boxster. Fuck like I’m buying an AMG GT in a few years at these prices lol This is an infinitely better looking car imo |
They look rad but can't get past the auto only sports cars these days. That's why Porsche has a money printing machine and people are willing to pay 350k for a 200k gt3 over paying 350k for a 350k Ferrari. |
^So true. But if you seriously cared about performance then PDK / dual clutch / automatic is the only real answer. The 0-60 time savings / fuel economy / wear and tear warranty battles are too much to ignore. Plus if they build a manual and only 5% of buyers source it, then they are out millions of dollars. |
What the hell are with the price of wheels nowadays. This dude on the LC forums just got these wheels I like and I curiously asked vossen how much. 9k usd !!!! Doesn’t even include tires. Not to mention mounting and balancing. Holy shit… and people say my wrap is expensive. Wheels are retarded. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...fa87db0033.jpg |
Yeah I was looking at HF5s, but then the 4000$ tag came in, without tax or tire swap I guess when your blowing 100k on a car, what's an extra 5-10% to pimp your ride Some people are willing to pay 20% for boxster tax :troll: |

Otherwise, great car. It's on the edge of what this tired old body deems to be DD-able. My stiff coilovered 200TW tired M3 feels like a luxury car after. |
Guys, what about a $300k+ Boxster instead? https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a4...r-rs-revealed/ https://www.motortrend.com/uploads/2...und%7C1000:625 |
The Official No Need To Start a New Thread, Thread It’s about time! Online renewals of passports will start later this year in the fall. No more lineups at a Passport office for renewals. New passport design and new security features too. Laser engraving of passport holder’s information among other new features. Citynews1130: Canadians will be able to apply to renew their passports online beginning this fall, says Immigration Minister Sean Fraser, as the government unveiled a new design for the Canadian travel document. It maintains a deep blue cover with a new outline of a maple leaf and the coat of arms now in the bottom left corner instead of the centre. Inside images of the country’s history, including Terry Fox and Vimy Ridge, are replaced with images of Canada’s diversity, nature and wildlife. Among the modifications to the new design, passport holders’ personal information will be laser engraved instead of printed with ink, making the data page more durable. Other features include a Kinegram over the primary photo, a custom see-through window with a secondary image of the passport holder, a variable laser image, and a temperature-sensitive ink feature. Starting this fall, Canadians can renew their passport, pay their fees, and upload their photograph securely and conveniently online. “The new passport celebrates Canada’s heritage and identity with iconic images of Canada’s natural beauty throughout the four seasons,” the feds added. “It also includes a new cover design with an outline of a maple leaf — the first significant change in decades.” https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...806b0e6339.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Give us colour options like the white Canadian passport :D https://toronto.citynews.ca/wp-conte...ort-design.jpg Just make the white one the standard one |

They also have a BGTS with less than a thousand clicks on their lot but it's a PDK. Awesome spec otherwise: https://lotusvancouver.com/listings/...-gts-4-0-pdk-2 |

Why not get an older 981 for less than half the price? I know it's not a 4.0 but you could have so much left to do whatever you wanted to it. A quick look at Porsche inventory has 718 spyders in canada for similar money. |

re: Boxster - that GTS tickled me more than the 992S manual I drove the year before and the 992 is no slouch. It lit up the right parts of the brain - as close to perfect for me as I've experienced. |
Yeah I think if you're paying new money, then speccing it exactly how you want it is a must. Sometimes I forget silver is the way people want to do that, but I think you're more interesting than that haha. The premium totally makes sense if you're building your car, but it's fuckin crazy to me for that one at lotus specifically. |
Everyone has their own opinion on what’s worth it or not. We all think something different but as long as he loves it then it’s a good car. |
