But try peppermint oil. I had mice hiding in my CRX because it's warm, and peppermint oil all over the car made them not come back.

Pack Copper mesh or steel wool into any crevice they might enter from. Check your garage door to see if it seals properly when it's closed. I had a rat gnaw just enough of the weatherstripping to get in. It triggered a trap, but didn't die. It was running around dragging the trap around till I John Wicked it with a BB gun.

My parents are like 9 months into an odyssey of trying to get mice out of their house... it's very difficult.
There's some things you can plug into the wall that Canadian Tire has they emit a buzzing sound.. my parents said it's inaudible, but I can hear it when I go over there... they're just old and their hearing sucks... but that got rid of a lot of them. It's just been a slow fight with the last 2-3... tried so many traps and youtube methods but they're smart little fuckers.
They never had problems for 30+ year but recent construction of mega homes in the area has displaced the little buggers I think.

I’ve heard having a radio playing at low volume deters them from entering..

a cat would def be the best thing, but if not possible then try to set up a bunch of diff traps. when we had rodents at our shop i would have fun finding new traps online and kinda enjoyed catching them? i'd always buy no kill traps and free them in a park on my way home though.

Inconsistent e-scooter rules confusing Metro Vancouver riders https://vancouversun.com/news/local-...nfusing-riders
For the province’s pilot project, people using electric kick scooters must be 16-years-or-older, wear a helmet and follow the rules of the road for cyclists. A driver’s licence and insurance aren’t required.
Transportation staff at the City of Vancouver said electric scooters are only allowed on protected bike lanes and minor streets, and that the province capped speeds for electric scooters at 24 km/h.

I wish at least in Richmond that the RCMP would crack down on the stupid fantuan e-bike riders... they literally just go ANYWHERE whatever is the shortest line to their destination... roads... sidewalks... wrong side of the road... sitting in traffic between cars being slow... like if they're on the road, they should have to buy insurance... if not then bike lanes only and not fucking with car traffic.

As soon as I open my garage door, I crank up the stereo. I have those plug 'em in things and they work. I just love listening to music. When baseball games are on, I tune into Blue Jays on SiriusXM and play it through my Beats Pill. I just crank it up and place it right at the garage entrance. That thing can go loud for a small unit. I can enjoy 70's on 7 with Lisa Evans in the garden. She's a little weird, but aren't all Edmontonians?

i went to the Richmond ICBC center to get my address changed.
You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than sitting in that hell hole. There were girls crying cuz they failed their exams, dudes yelling at the customer service staff saying they aint paying for this ticket, geezers half dying either from COVID or just expiring due to their old age
What a gong show. I was just sitting there watching the human drama thats happening.
p.s. i didnt even know you can change the driver license and MSP online. Otherwise i woudlnt have bothered with this shit show.

Totally random but any good places to pick up a set of bigger bowls for like soup noodles? Don't have to be fancy or anything but not something like Ikea where the bowl is thin and hot to the touch. Something to eat my instant noodles in LOL

I have a stack of bowls I got from a commercial supplier. Way overkill but shits tough as nails as long as you don't drop them. Similar to the deep round bowls that pho is served in.
Edit: I got it from this place https://maps.app.goo.gl/GseeehZYxgem5xSb7
But that was a decade ago and I don't know if you can still walk in and buy bowls. They supply restaurants.
