Biggest peeve I am having lately when driving are the cockbags that speed through school zones, and those faggots that turn into inside streets right from the smack middle holding up traffic (where is there tons of space to pull to the right and then make the turn in) - you ain't driving a bus u asshole.
People not pulling to the right to make right hand turns has always and will always be one of my biggest pet peeves.
Having to deal with picking up my eldest at Elementary school for years now and dealing with parking in a residential street along with all the other parents the 2 things that bug the shit out of me are parents who show up late then just double park causing a backup with other people trying to come and go like I don't give a shit your fault for showing up late, go park your ass down the block and walk to grab your kid.
Second are cars who when leaving do a 3 point turn when there are cars coming and going everywhere like fuck off either park the direction you wanted to leave in the first place or if that wasn't an option you either wait for it to be clear or detour.

We still using derogatory words to describe people doing things that we don't like?
Tell me someone who doesn't and they are lying... The big thing is most of just don't mean those derogatory words and would never ever saying that directly to a person.

I thought if your in the right hand lane, making a right hand turn, your supposed to veer far enough left, about a ft past the lane, into the car beside you, then turn right
Seriously tho, someone on this forum must have a family member that does this shit. We need answers to this riddle.....

I used to use some of those words, but after learning that they are hurtful, I make a conscious effort not to use them anymore. There are plenty of other words that be used instead!

My usual default is a pretty similar "you fucking walnut"

Taylor Swift has added dates to the Canadian leg of her blockbuster Eras Tour – scheduling three shows in Vancouver.
The pop star will be playing BC Place on Dec. 6, 7, and 8, 2024.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of bringing Taylor Swift, The Eras Tour, to Vancouver, giving fans the experience of a lifetime,” said Terrie Tweddle, spokesperson for Rogers Communications Inc., which is presenting the tour.
This is the tour that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on, my friend.

I have really badly cracked fingers on my left hand............... I'm left handed
I usually put on "Helping Hands," and put blue gloves on. This time, I used the white Kirkland ones I had at home. Damn. In less than two hours, my gloves were like yellow and rusty in colour. Shows you how filthy door knobs and items are at places like Trader Joe's and Costco. Blue gloves don't show too much, but the white ones................... damn.
Yesterday, I had gloves on a Grand Villa Casino. One skanky middle aged woman yells, "What's with the gloves?" I put my hands up and do the pull down motion........ "wouldn't you like to know......." Security guys are cracking up behind the desk.
Security guards know me well. Every time they ask me to lower my mask and look into the camera, I do the Gene Simmons tongue wag, except much faster........... yes, ladies, I can - that fast and hard. Anyway, last week this redneck says to me why the mask? I yell back at him, "That's a 10-4 there, Rubber Duckie, We got ourselves a................ CONVY!!!!!! FREEDOM!!!!!!!" Security guards came running. Word was, this guy is known to be a bit of a rabble rouser.
Don't you ever think I'm one of those lay down and apologize, whimpy old asians. FUCK YOU, Redneck!!
GT7 just got updated with LFA... what a great hour... just doing time trails at the Nurburgring, not going 10/10, fully stock, just enjoying the car, the course....
Having a decent rig + PS VR2 + noise cancelling headphones really helps with the experience
hehehehe yes, happy camper =D

Man, just a stark reminder of how unfriendly Vancouverites can be in comparison to others, and how refreshing it is talking to non locals.
I went on a whim by myself to Mackenzie Room for dinner last night since I was in office yesterday. Got seated at the bar, kinda awkwardly between two other solo diners. One a hot tall blonde chick from SF in tech, the other a producer from LA who turns out was in town scouting locations for an Apple TV show called Invasion. Hot tech chick and LA producer, you'd think they'd be the most stuck up type of people.
Anyway, was able to spin up a great chat and discussion with both of them during the meal and had a great time not just the food. Something if I had tried to do with ppl from Vancouver they would've probably looked at me like I was a weirdo.

that's just US culture tbh. americans are more likely to just make casual conversation with strangers. you experience it in basically any lineup in the states, people talk to people.

Yup, one of the things I like about Trader Joe’s. I love to talk with total strangers. It’s totally a US thing. Then you come across them cross border shoppers…………. Wait………..

It might be a US thing perhaps but being here my whole life I'd argue it's quite Canadian as well. Try being in Japan they'll really think you're freaking weird for even saying hi let alone trying to have a conversation of any kind.
