Even though Iron Chef was good, my go-to Japanese cooking show is Dotch Cooking show. OMG those ingredients are just nuts.

We went as far as ordering some of them (bottled condiments like soy sauce and whatever) from Japan. I remember the soy sauce was incredible. A Chinese stew with that soy sauce was heaven. But damn a 1L bottle was like 100bucks to have it shipped and I had to bother my friend in Japan to do the proxy for us.

Just had the McRibs. It was as good as I remembered it when it was available in Canada. The last time I had one was a few years back in Bellingham. When they still had the McDonald's in Walmart............such a shame that location is no more. Anyway, our McRib is way better than the amurican version. The last time I was in Point Roberts was when all border crossings except Point Roberts was closed due to Covid. Didn't see any lines on the road because of 8 inches to a foot of snow on the road. No lights, no lines.......... only saving factor was nobody was on the roads. It was so bad, opening of crossing was delayed due to having to clear the snow.
