True dat........... everyone knows asians are judgy............... you know what's worse, though? White trash talking trash, gulolol (not directed at N.V.M.).

Back to judgy asians.............. while I worked at the fish processing plant, these asian women drove better cars than the plant manager and the owners of the company. They're making just above minimum wage, but there they are in their BMW's and Mecedes Benz.

Keeping up appearances, I guess. Afraid of being judged by friends and relatives. They work hard and if they want to spend it all on luxury cars, then more power to them. Who are we to judge?

Badhobz 02-07-2024 05:48 PM

Me. I’m the one to judge.

Fuck you fish wives and your fucking failfish cars.

Hondaracer 02-07-2024 05:59 PM

Fuck funny you say that

I was out on the west side today for work and I pulled over there was a custom build going up, Chinese builder presumably from hoarding out front

Must have been coffee break because all of a sudden 3 Teslas pull up and out jump what look like either labourers or framers, 4-5 Asian guys going back to work :lol

Never seen that before

Badhobz 02-07-2024 06:04 PM

Why not ? Don’t you read that electric car thread. Teslas are cheaper than corollas.

bcrdukes 02-07-2024 06:41 PM

Does anyone take pre or probiotics? Ever since coming back from Hong Kong in November 2023, my digestive system has never been the same. I went to the doctor and he suggested I try some probiotics, but I can't help but think LOL WUT?! I'm skeptical of this and eating yogurt hasn't helped. I'll spare the details so feel free to ask any questions.

donk. 02-07-2024 06:47 PM

Give it a few weeks / month, your body probably re-aligning its self to the different food. Tends to happen often when i travel, then goes away on its own

Probiotics make me fart NASSSSSSTYYYY when i drink that shit, like knock yourself out level of fumes, do not suggest

bcrdukes 02-07-2024 06:55 PM

I just started a regimen of Yakult. :suspicious:

MG1 02-07-2024 06:58 PM

Your gut health is very important. When you take antibiotics, for example, the antibiotics kill indiscriminately. Both good and bad bacteria. It results in massive diarrhea. It takes a long time for your gut to get back to normal.

One over the counter medication is pretty strong but doesn't work for everyone. It's called Florastor. Expensive.

https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-2...r-oral/details

I almost died from its side effects. Word has it, it's not great for asians. I just kept drinking Yakult and eating Trader Joe's yogurt, hee hee. I'm back to normal. Next time a doctor prescribes antibiotics, gonna tell him to fuck right off, gulolol.

Makes sense you’d always have somewhere to charge

Just try some regular gewilo yogurt. Or a bottle or two of kombucha

That shit has more probiotics than even those pills.

sonick 02-07-2024 08:22 PM

Also make sure you get a lot of soluble fiber, supposed to help with the gut bacterium too.

Psyllium husk / metamucil

Kimchi or sauerkraut will help maintain a healthy gut flora.

Wow wtf, that's some pretty good production quality lol

Did the doc recommend what you should use? Take a look at the amount of probiotics actually in stuff. iirc most of them sound like a lot but are actually next to nothing.

One of the things they learned from the incident in Walkerton is that it can take up to 10 years to get back to normal. I got really bad food poisoning twice within a couple months and it messed me up for nearly that long.

You might've picked up a few bugs that you need cleared out with antibiotics.

We travel a lot and throughout the years I've needed to take spouts of Rifaximin to clear bacterial growths in the gut.

You sometimes hope it'll resolve itself with time, but sometimes it doesn't, and you'll need antibiotics to "reset" the gut.

I've tried the whole probiotic/prebiotic dance many times and it never actually resolves the issues like a good clear out does.

I assume you're likely getting fluffy/loose stools which is usually a sign of an overgrowth. I'd suggest asking your doctor for a round of antibiotics to see if it will help, you can then replenish your good bacteria thereafter.

westopher 02-08-2024 10:33 AM

I didn't know you were such a poo enthusiast.

mikemhg 02-08-2024 10:45 AM

Call me Poocasso.

I can paint you too many poo stories over traveling.

Worst was getting H-Pylori in Cuba. That shit fucked my gut up for years.

westopher 02-08-2024 11:45 AM

That's why the furthest I'll go is Montreal and I'll just get diarrhea from too much draft beer.

I kind of figured i had H-Pylori at one point due to chronic heart burn etc. I was almost ready to go and get it checked out and run a gamut of tests to see, but then it finally just cleared itself up. The last thing i want to do is take any medication long term, so after focusing on eating fermented foods occasionally and avoiding triggers it eventually cleared up completely and I dont experiance heart burn ever now.

Weird whats going on inside you lol
