Seasoned chicken breast sautee'd or grilled, with ranch or caesar salad dressing, some veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) and shredded cheese.
If you wanna go fancy, experiment with different seasonings for the meat and different dressings like aioli or vinaigrette, etc.
I haven't tried it, but I think a grilled chicken snack wrap with julienne'd pear or apple, radish, cabbage, & mayo (like an apple or pear slaw) with some soft creamy cheese like brie or camembert would be pretty good.

Just remembered that I do have other uses for the larger cake boxes. Being a diabetic, I check my blood sugar levels on a daily basis. I use the larger CD cake boxes as a sharps container. I cut off most of the stem part which leaves a hole at the base. I put the cover back on and invert. Makes a perfect sharps holder for used lancets.
Hey mg1,
Not sure how you're getting rid of your full sharps containers but my wife works in a pharmacy and she tells me you can just ask them for free sharps containers and also return them, sealed up and safe in the containers, in a plastic bag, for free.

Yes, I get my free ones from No Frills pharmacy on Broadway. The sharps container is rather large, so I collect my lancets in the smaller CD cake boxes I have around the house (den, family room, doghouse, garage, etc) first, then dump them in the freebie container.

North Van celebrity chef dead at 29
Anthony Sedlak was found dead in his apartment on Friday
NORTH VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - North Vancouver celebrity chef Anthony Sedlak has died.
In a statement, the 29-year-old's family says he collapsed Friday from an undiagnosed medical condition. His body was found later that day in his apartment.
Sedlak was best-known as the host of Food Network Canada's The Main and a judge on Family Cook Off. He is also the author of the national bestseller cookbook The Main.
By the time he was 13, Sedlak knew he wanted to be a chef and, by 19, had completed a culinary arts program and four-year apprenticeship in Vancouver, before spending almost two years at La Trompette, a Michelin Star restaurant in London, England.
At 23, Sedlak won silver representing Canada at the World Junior Chef Challenge in New Zealand, and just months later, won Food Network's Superstar Chef Challenge.
The statement from his family thanks his fans and associates for all their love, devotion and condolences, and says a private funeral service will be held in Vancouver.

Taco Bell airlifts entire taco truck into small remote Alaska village after the town was "punk'd" by a prankster putting up fake signs saying a Taco Bell was coming soon.
The cynic in me thinks Taco Bell planted the signs there to begin with to set this up, since there is little/no information on the prankster.

Where's a place I can park for free in Steveston Village during the evening?
Just want to confirm, the parking signs that have a P with green circle and 9-6PM (two hour limit) means that if I park there at 5 then it's fine even after 7?
