Can't wait for peach season.......... peach pies. nuff said.

I get peach spread (jam) from Trader Joe's. Made in Canada, lol.

Peach pies from Save-On-Foods. When they go on sale. I buy a whole bunch. Pre-cut and freeze them. I just had a slice last night. Eat it semi-frozen with whipped cream.

Millions of peaches......... peaches for me. for free, jbol. The song is not about the fruit......

N.V.M. 04-21-2024 04:31 AM

Badhobz 04-21-2024 06:21 AM

^even weirder is that he's an old asian man listening to white skater music while eating peaches and cream.

westopher 04-21-2024 07:25 AM

Badhobz 04-21-2024 08:22 AM

N.V.M. 04-21-2024 05:51 PM

how old is a boomer these days?

westopher 04-21-2024 06:07 PM

Boomer isn't an age anymore, it's a mindset rooted in complete lack of awareness of how the world currently functions.

Badhobz 04-22-2024 05:31 AM

you know how i know I'm a boomer? when you have to ask how boomers function :alone:

Ahh ok yes I know what you're referring to. I totally misread the post and thought during some part of year they sell the entire pie frozen to go or something lol.

I think it's fair to say PoTUSA was a skater band back in the day. I was a skater and I listened to them and got into their previous iteration which I think was called Giraffe? The band members all did the suit and vans thing cuz even at that time they were a little bit older than their contemporaries.

Today obviously not lol... that said I always hated that Peaches song.

Badhobz 04-22-2024 07:19 AM

^you were a skater boy?

see you later boy!

68style 04-22-2024 07:29 AM

From now on, use of the the word mancunt will result in a time out

acceptable alternatives: asspussy, boipussy, bussy

Anyone have any opinions / experience with volvos?

Story cut short theres an orange S40 on FB for 4500$, test drove it, nice car, except for the obvious shaking on acceleration (low to mid concern) due to what seems to be a needed axle swap

I literally know nothing about these cars, dont know anyone who has owned one, etc.

Googlez says they can be expensive to maintain, but axles are 80$ on rockauto + 1-2hr labour per side for DIY.....

Anyone?

donk. 04-22-2024 09:24 PM

Skidz is a boibussy
Charlesinchaege is a bussy
UlicOsama is a ___________

A friend of mine had one (totally bussy) and it was constantly in the shop for little things. Took a huge haircut when he finally sold it.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless you feel like working on Volvos every month for Rando items. I recall his seat heater went like 3x while under warranty.

Klondike (who posted above) is a Volvo fan. I'm sure he can chime in.

Never owned, but did rent an S40 in Los Angeles which I did not opt for but was offered it because Enterprise ran out of cars. I can't speak to overall ownership but I felt that it was okay. Mid-week through the rental, check engine light came on, we were asked to return it, and that was it.

A former colleague had one. ECU died. Cost him an arm and a leg. And then he got divorced. :fuckthatshit:

68style 04-23-2024 07:21 AM

Isn't the S40 just a Ford Focus?

Hondaracer 04-23-2024 07:22 AM

I’d divorce someone too if they drove a Volvo
