FWIW the Charger/Challenger feel like they're going 60kmh slower than they are .... my company issue R/T got me in a lotta trouble

back in our days the fastest shit the kids had was like a 110hp civic, or a 140hp celica (nobody had that GTS!!!) now dem kids running people down with 400+hp and 0-60 under 5 seconds.

There was nothing close in terms of price VS power in the early 2000’s than a 5.0 fox body
Wanted one so bad but couldn’t stretch the budget to that 8-10k lol.. had a few friends with them and you could get sideways just down gearing.
Had sooo much more fun in those 5.0’s than all the Type R variants I drove during that time. Always thought of the type R as this holy grail and eventually drove an EK B18c5, EG B18c5, and ultimately an actual type R integra, and that’s when I realized that term, no replacement for displacement, was what I would live my car life based on going forward lol

I went to a friends 100 day event for their new born (Chinese celebration for newborns) and was sitting next to my wife's friend and her boyfriend. We got to talking about their possible engagement and the girl absolutely does not want a lab grown diamond. She expects at least a 1.5C diamond ring.
I was getting so fooking pissed and I'm not even the one with her. I had to bite my tongue, but felt so bad for the guy. Like, why the f*ck do you need an earth-grown diamond when a lab grown diamond is identical in every single way.
I just went on blue nile and an earth grown 1.5C diamond is roughly $9,100 and the exact same lab grown diamond is $2,500.
Then I asked my wife about it and then she said she understands her friend and now I'm so f*cking pissed at my wife for agreeing with her.. lol, for f*cks sakes. These girls are out of their mind.
