I have a conspiracy theory

hehe does not actually own a bbq

Badhobz 05-16-2024 07:32 PM

Why would he ? His parent’s servants do all those menial tasks for him. He just has to eat and worry about social injustices

I am deeply offended by this statement.

I grew up in South America. BBQ is a sacred thing and runs in my blood. So much so that my sweat smells like BBQ and I eat fries with chimichurri.

Badhobz 05-16-2024 09:08 PM

Well you better come to da meat then !!!!! We need to discuss how to make that chummy churri sauce and on what kind of steak you’re suppose to throw it on (flank steak ?!?)

GLOW 05-17-2024 07:29 AM

i didn't have coffee yet, i swear i misread that as ball sweat :lol :lawl:

i'll show myself out now...

Bejamins, we don't deal with no stinking pesos. :fuckthatshit:

Anyway... here at home we take BBQ seriously. It's as much as a passion and the symbol of love in the family.

This is my main setup. Also have a komodo grill for smoker/pizza and another small box grill dedicated for Chinese brochette.

Pool/BBQ party at Hehe's mansion

Gumby 05-18-2024 10:33 PM

Damn, I think Hehe's backyard is the size of my entire lot...

SSM_DC5 05-18-2024 11:32 PM

Outdoor fans?!? This is in Vancouver?! We're more of an outdoor heater type of place.

Sema truck from Alberta. Owner ran out of money. Ended up stealing it for the insurance money.

Badhobz 05-19-2024 04:23 AM

But it’s goooollllddddddd !!!! Excellent.

That grill looks brand new hehe. Did you take the picture when you first got that grill ?

It looks like a huge pain in the ass to clean given the size of it.

underscore 05-19-2024 08:42 AM

That stupid truck kept popping up on ig, buddy just constantly whined about how it's not legal to drive that hideous piece of shit on the road in Canada. Stealing his own truck sounds like exactly the kind of brain dead thing I'd expect lol.

edit: wait, that's a different gold piece of shit from Alberta. How many are there?

My SE is to the point I have to sometimes charge it 3x a day and completely beat to shit... but I refuse to buy a phone more than once every 3-4 years lol I guess it's due. $270 credit maybe worth it

Traum 05-21-2024 09:12 AM

Damn... those trade in prices are pretty generous from Apple...

If I were to trade in my 3 yrs old Pixel phone to get the latest one, it'd only be worth $125... At that price point, I might as well just keep it as a spare / backup phone...

68style 05-21-2024 09:16 AM

I've read a lot of people use their old phones as like a pet monitor or baby monitor haha sounds kinda fun on the pet monitor side of things. I think there's an app that basically transforms the phone into a pet camera.

had an SE as a work phone, and have to say it was absolute garbo battery. the iphone 6s i had before that had waaaaaay better battery performance.

i feel like with SE they really skimped out on stuff as much as possible to have a low cost option

Dont know if i posted it on here, but on topic of pet monitors......use with caution lol

My buddy was smashing this chick for a while, anyways one time he was at her place in the basement. Her parents were out on vacation or something.

They get it on, he leaves, thinks nothing of it

A few days later she tells him that her dad put a dog monitoring camera in the basement (or maybe it was a teddybear camera, i forget)

Dad got the joy of watching my buddy pork his daughter KEKW

I forget if my buddy was allowed back at her place or not lol

The best, or worst... part was that this chick was a FREAK, can only imagine what was recorded

does anyone know why if spotify is connected to my bluetooth headphones via my desktop it sounds tinny and staticky, but sounds perfect if connected to my spotify app on my iphone?

iphone 13, older windows surface laptop, bose NC700

??

roastpuff 05-21-2024 02:01 PM

It's the BT stack on the laptop - most laptop BT stacks are not meant for high fidelity audio and more for peripherals like mice or keyboards. Phone BT stacks are meant to be used for headphones, so they have better codec support for higher fidelity audio streams.

my iphone xs is still pretty solid... only reason i wouldnt mind switching to a new one is because i think magsafe is pretty cool and i prefer usbc... other than that i kinda wanna see how many more years i can get out of it. its almost 6 years old now and still doesn't lag at all.

Badhobz 05-21-2024 02:09 PM

I bought my old man a new iPad Air 13 inch model. He does some bs graphic design with his procreate app / Apple Pencil and calls it art.

Whatever floats his boat I guess.

Anyways, so I got this new iPad for him and it’s not even compatible with his Apple Pencil gen 1 or gen 2. They forced me to go buy this Apple Pencil pro for another 190 dollars.
