People who should never be on a stamp (unknown indigenous chiefs and leaders?). They got rid of the long running Chinese New Year issues, which was a shame. Butt, they finally got one right. This person definitely belongs on a stamp. Right along side others like Stompin' Tom Conners, Shania Twain, The Tragically Hip, Celine Dion, etc.
