If anyone needs some great documentary content, the tragically hip doc no dress rehearsal is blowing my mind right now. If gord was still alive I'm convinced this country would be united.

Watched it last week - we made ourselves do an episode per night to savour it.

I like Broken Social Scene/Metric as far as Canadian goes form that era... there were a lot of pretty good Canadian bands around that time.
