Yea but he won by the third round. That “unofficial” punch count on the broadcast cast total BS and yes.. on a boxing record a KO is a different stat than a win by decision lol |

Anyone who thought Tyson had a chance were nuts. I remember when Mike fought McBride almost 20 years ago, and he SUCKED back then, he looked very similar to how he looked on Friday night. He still has pretty good head movement and defense, but the legs are long gone, he can't/doesn't want to close the distance anymore. Tyson is one of my favorite boxers, but he gave up on boxing a long time ago and stopped caring about any type of legacy. This whole thing was a big farce from the get go, I'm glad he made some money. I give props to Paul too for not knocking him out, you could see he had multiple game plans depending on how Tyson came out. By the 3rd you could tell he recognized this show was over, and he pivoted to coasting Tyson along for the rest of the fight. It's funny how Jake has become the more likeable brother, I couldn't stand Logan's comment at the end of the fight "I'd fucking kill you man" to Tyson, show some respect you psycho fuck. |
hahaha yah wtf was that Logan's a total pinner... gtfo with the tough guy act bitch |

I’ve noticed at shopping outlets in Canada/US there’s always a chinese girl setting up a camera stand and streaming stuff for sale. Is that wechat or something? Makes me wonder how lucrative it is |
they buy the clothes and ship it to china, make some markup and credit card points in between... lucrative in volume |
But what about those videos showing Tyson training? He looked way more aggressive in those… |

I think MG1 and a few others were talking about records. Of all places, Toysrus at Lansdowne dedicated a section of their floorspace to records. They've been making a lot of changes on how things are laid out at the front of the store and I'm guessing they are experimenting with bringing in more traffic. |

I walked in there last month and I was shocked at how it still looked EXACTLY the same after 22 years. The last time I was in there was probably when I was 5. I got hit with nostalgia when I got to the "video game" section and I recall spending hours playing Xbox demos Sent from my SM-G781W using Tapatalk |
Speaking of Toys 'R Us, I was at Metrotown today, and I only just noticed the Toys 'R Us there has closed down! I was surprised because I'm pretty sure I had only just taken my kid there in the summer. |

I may be wrong, but wasn't Future Shop formerly on the ground floor / street level? I'm not sure what used to be on the second floor. Residential or the Holiday Inn hotel? |
The Metrotown Toysrus moved to the old Bed Bath Beyond spot in Station Square. I'm pretty sure Future Shop was pre-rebuilt Station Square |

Yeah FS was on the main floor. But nostalgia wise, I just wanted to say Futureshop :-D |
That toys r us inside metro was getting to be pathetic anyways, was tired af and they did virtually nothing to keep it up |

wAnder if I can get that covered through my retirement benefits package. They cover other mobility vehicles. In about 10 ish years, gulololololol. Then, let the mods begin! Will be bringing it into Soundsgood Auto for a smokin' hot audio system. |
I love that in the first 2 minutes of the video he left the charging cap open and left his right blinker on after turning a corner |
I have a 2024 Golf GTI for a few days and I really want to like it but man do these things have a lot of strange quirks that I'm not sure I could live with. @Badhobz is there a way to show something useful like coolant temp on the side gauges? |
Yah you can customize all the gauges. I believe the left one can show coolant temps or gear indicator. The right one can be adjusted for music Center one can only show speed or boost… It’s a bit gimmicky but you get used to it. The overall driving experience is good. Just the shift from 1-2 is rubbery and not very engaging. But the chassis is stiff and well dampened and handling is fine. It’s the little shit that’s annoying and the overall build quality is shit vs vWs of old. |
I'll have to look again today, it was weird to find stuff like a g meter but no coolant temp lol. Given how popular these are I assume someone makes or is working on a way to hack into the screen to allow more customization. Mechanically I really like it, as you said the chassis feels great, the engine feels really nice and has plenty of power for my needs, even the auto trans is pretty good. But all the little UI stuff is annoying like the mushy buttons and everything living on the stupid touchscreen. The seat only having 1 of the 3 adjustments powered seemed like an interesting choice too. I was also suprised how some of the things people point out as negatives on the GR Corolla exist on this too but I've never heard them mentioned. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention. |
