Think Covid pretty much killed PR, it’s such a risk to have a vacation home across a border, especially when it’s landlocked like PR is
I know a few people who had cabins and trailers across the line and I think all but 1 sold them after Covid and seeing how it became completely out of your control during that time
I think you mean it's nearly an island (peninsula). Landlocked means there's no water access. I visited once during COVID when it was impossible to visit the mainland USA but honestly it looks like your kinda place man.
-No homeless
-No drugs
-No crime
-All "old stock" Canadian and American residents (i.e. No Brownies or Chinkies)
-It's the world's largest gated community
-and CBP and CBSA are your armed 24/7 doormen - probably why there's rumors that all the FBI sends all their witness protection informants there.

Just received my new passport in the mail. Damn, they look nice. Crammed with security features. The images on the new passport are pretty boring. I really liked the old passports. Important, iconic Canadian symbols, like the Bluenose, RCMP Musical Ride, Fathers of Confederation, Terry Fox, Last Spike, Northwest Passage, Niagara Falls, etc. Maybe the next few will be better. I’m hoping for another three before I have to say, MG1 Out!
Centenarian.
Oops, two more. I’m the first asian in recorded history to suck at math.

Dirty look from MG1 can melt steel beams.
"There must be dissonance before resolution - MG1" a musical reference.

Have you hit the passport with a UV light? New images vs the uv ones on the old passport.
I expected it to pick up some Chinese accent, since pretty much everyone I speak to in English except my wife and sister are Cantonese with ESL, so you kind of pick up those accents to allow yourself to be understood better.
But Swedish? Maybe it creates a weird hybrid that confuses the system lol
You guys have to try this native language bot. You basically speak to it and it'll tell you the make up of your native language.
It seems pretty accurate for the people who tried it.
Great marketing tactic for their app, doesn't even matter if it's accurate or not just the fact it's being shared in channels like this is paying off.
