Edit: First try - I lasted 47 seconds before being doored by a car (which actually happened to me in 2016.)

Sad but also funny story.

I went by Osoyoos Produce on Victoria/41st today (https://www.yelp.ca/biz/osoyoos-produce-vancouver) - it's the classic small Chinese grocery store. By the till there's a wall of photos of people who have shoplifted from them printed out in colour on letter size paper. It's kinda hilarious - there's like 15-20 people on the wall.

The sad part is that every single one of them were elderly seniors - the kind that pull the basket carts with them, the kind that pick through your recycling for pop cans. I doubt they are shoplifting because their buddies dared them to steal something or that they think they're entitled to steal (or saying F U to Trudeau for food prices) but it's because they don't have enough money for food.

But they live in in a 2 million dollar home with no mortgage.

Best to steal from small business as a result

bruh, this burger was pretty dope! $11.99 no tax and no tip (they don't prompt you for one). took about 10-15 mins to prepare but all ingredients were fresh and the fries were hot af! solid 9/10 for me, would eat again SeemsGood

Nice! Glad you liked it. When the place first opened it was even cheaper ($9.99) and also came with a pickle. It's still a great burger for the price at $11.99.

It's a quality burger at a great price. I used to hit up Fat Burger for that but I don't like the idea of paying $25-$30 for a burger meal... plus I can do some shopping while I'm at the Save On :lol

edit: oh and the beer battered fries were a nice little surprise. they were well above what I was expecting.
