What you're looking at is a large traffic cone being dragged under that RDX. This was around Metrotown and there isn't any traffic cones within a few blocks of Metrotown so that driver has been dragging that cone under their car for many blocks.
I don't know how they could not notice the loud dragging sound but I suppose I've seen many drivers driving around on flat tires too.
Anyone here frequently order flowers for delivery in vancouver area?
Suggestions for biggest bang for your buck? Or are they all the same?
Ive used one site before and it work fine, just seeing if theres one that stands out from the rest
