I was there for math 105 prep too, how did you guys find the exam? I personally don't think I did that well, but a 120/150 is an A-

I asked why this guy was getting towed today inside Rose and the guy said he had three unpaid tickets. So even if you park in parkades you aren't safe.
Studying for finals at Irving!

Studying for finals at Irving! | so do they run random checks of your plates now? why would they suddenly tow him?

Yup. There was a UBC security officer person going around checking license plates inside Rose Garden parkade. He was the one that called Drake towing.
Btw, do they let you graduate if you have unpaid tickets?

Studying for finals at Irving! | Uh oh. Looks like a brand new Hyundai Veloster in this picture. It's front wheel drive. The tow truck driver lifted the wrong end. Good bye brand new tranny.

^^^^ Naah its worth it for group study. And even for individual studying the atmosphere is better at school than at the public library or a coffee shop. I'm more focused if people around me are also studying.
Driving takes ~20 mins if its not rush hour. Plus I like driving my car lol. Quote:

Good bye brand new tranny. | The tow truck driver lifted the whole car so it should be fine. He was blocking that area so I couldn't go to the upper levels for around 5 minutes haha. Saw your genesis at its usual spot.

Do any engineers study at the Macleod building? There are always empty classrooms which you can use for studying. The place is not crowded or noisy at all.

Mainly electrical and computer engineers use that building. We have 24/7 access to study rooms and labs on the third and fourth floors, and there's a lunch room/lounge/tv on the fourth floor, so no one uses the classrooms other than profs.
