I had no choice but to put in a 3 hr break otherwise classes wont fit 
Only once a week tho at least.

Oh so its one 3-4hr break? because that's different from 3-4 little breaks.
I find that having one big break isn't a bad thing. Gives you time to catch up on your studies or hang out with friends or rest.
