What a good episode this week. Can't wait for next weeks.
Spoiler!
It'd be really interesting to see where this goes if Mike takes the job offer. I guess the title "Suits" doesn't mean he would always be a lawyer. Kind of hoping he does take the job.
Sometimes we tend to be in despair when the person we love leaves us, but the truth is, it's not our loss, but theirs, for they left the only person who couldn't give up on them.
Make the effort and take the risk..

It's such an easy decision! He should've taken this offer ASAP. It'll be so unrealistic if he doesn't take it but than the show would probably end if he does take it lol
Another good episode this week. I like how they're mixing in different issues and dilemmas, unlike the first two seasons where it was just them dominating cases and definitely not like the first half of the third season where it was just them dealing with the hessington case for 10 episodes. Made me realize how much I didn't like the first half of this season.

Nah man, I disagree with it being an easy choice. Yes he might be stuck at his position and can never shine or be a partner or else people will really digging, but remember he would be a nobody without Harvey's help. To leave your mentor and the person who essentially gave Mike a second chance at life, it's not that easy. Posted via RS Mobile

Well, hes pretty much going to be stuck in the same position and with possibly the same amount of pay for the rest of his life. Leaving his mentor doesn't mean that hes going to be going against him or cutting ties with him. They'll still be friends and Mike can probably refer more business to Harvey-Specter in the future.
I just think it's a better option overall because once someone starts digging and finds out the truth. His mentor, Harvey, will probably be in as much shit as Mike will be. You can say, if Mike really cared about Harvey, he'd go and take the IB offer, that way he can protect himself and Harvey.
Off topic: what would you guys do if you had Mike's talent? being able to memorize everything that you read once.
i'd use my knowledge to find a cure for cancer, also learn about weapons manufacturing so i can supply war zones with weapons at a low cost. i'd probably then try to become an astronaut and do some random stuff up there.
maybe try and become a famous person of some other sort on top of that

Wouldn't you rather memorize every single track in the history of music and become the best DJ this world has ever seen?
pffft so they're playing the angle that harvey needs mike now? mikes a ticking time bomb that'll sink the whole damn ship, harvey was doing fine before mike came along... just ditch him and keep running pearson-spectre like a bauss
