Dear Harvey and Jessica
There comes a time when a man must look at himself in the mirror. To judge himself instead of waiting to be judged by others. And for me, that time is now.
You both know i came to Person Spector right out of law school, but what you may not know is, this is the only place I've ever worked, it's the only place I've
ever wanted to work, it is my life, it is my home, and the people that work here are my family. You're like my parents, and the partners, they're like my brothers,
and the associates under my care, like my children, and i'm ashamed to admit it but, i put all of you in jeopardy for my own personal gain. I told my self it was
for the greater good, but the truth is, i just wanted to feel on the same level as both of you. I can deny that no longer. I can excuse my actions no longer.
Although we've had our differences over the years, there are no two people i respect more. Your names are on the wall for a reason, and mine is not for a reason.
And I refuse to put either one through the pain of firing me. So effective immediately, I, Louis Litt, am resigning from Person Spector.
Sometimes we tend to be in despair when the person we love leaves us, but the truth is, it's not our loss, but theirs, for they left the only person who couldn't give up on them.
Make the effort and take the risk..

Based on the mid season finale's preview, Mike is doing yet another thing to piss of Jessica and Harvey. My guess is he's gonna try and bring Louis back.

My guess is he's gonna tell Louis his Harvard secret, Louis can justify that he was unfairly fired due to Mike the whole Forstman deal etc when he should've never been a lawyer turned investment banker etc.
PEARSON SPECTER LITT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mike fucked up again! facepalm also I'm surprised Donna broke down soo easily I'd figure she'd be toucher to crack if anything I thought Louis would confront Rachel first.

"My prediction for the rest of the series..."
Spoiler!
So they hire Louis back. Name him partner. Then everyone's like WHYYYY? But now Louis can't say anything about Mike so he can stay partner so he's in on it now. So they cycle continues...
Now Rachel's dad wants to know why they hired Litt back, only to find out it's about Mike but since he's his daughter's future husband he doesn't say anything so Roberts in on it. Then Darby's like "why doesn't Zane care about this GOD DAMN name change?" but then Harvey's ex-girlfriend Scotty be all like "I know why but you can't say" so then the England team be all in on it.
Then Jeff Malone be like "what the eff, I'm sleeping with the GOD DAMN boss, why ain't my name up on the door?" so he figures out about Mike, but that Jessica ass be so sweet he wanna keep coming back for that honey, so he keeps his mouth shut about it.
Katrina finds out because she and Louis are the world's strongest platonic relationship. She confronts Mike and tells him the only way she'll keep his secret is if he starts banging her. So they do. A lot. And eventually Rachel finds out.
She cries.
Four episodes later when she finally stops crying she goes and sleeps with Logan to get back at Mike. Logan be all like "I love me this sweet Rachel Zaaane, but why you all over me again?" and HE finds out. But he promises not to say anything about Mike so he can keep banging Rachel. He still informs Forstman though because Logan all dick.
Now Forstman knows, but he's Satan so he just keeps it a secret in exchanges for Mike's soul. That's an easy one.
Woodall hears it from Stephen Huntley who hears it from Donna in a conjugal visit.
Stan Jacobson (the old-fraud that Mike went back and talked to on that bench) hears about everyone finding out from the birds chirping above his head, screams "HE CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS" as he jumps off nearest building
Nigel finds out from his cat who heard it from one of Louis' cats.
Jenny over hears that Mike's giving out the D again so she comes crawling back, but Trevor gets word of this and goes on an "everyone must know Mike's GOD DAMN secret" rampage. During that, Cameron Dennis, Daniel Hardman, Sean Cahill, and Jonathan Sidwell all find out.
The final episode ends with 42 minutes of people going "Wait you knew? -Wait, YOU knew?"
Cut to Mike as he points his bug ol'e thumb at himself and goes "THhhhhat's me!" as the camera pans over to Norma masturbating with the can opener.
The end.
