Dizziness

Okay, so long story short, I accidentally ran full force against a basketball pole while attempting to receive my friend's pass under the hoop.
That night, I had to go to get stitches from the hospital.

However, I am starting to feel dizziness sometimes and I'm not sure if that was the cause of the problem. My neck didn't hurt at all. I even worked out twice already. I noticed that this started to happen when I woke up from my sleep yesterday, and my nap today. I'm not sure if I should take this as a per-caution and go to my family doctor to get it checked up. Maybe it'll go away in a few days?

Has anyone had any problems with dizziness before?

I'm not quite sure on what I should do. :okay:

so instead of seeing a trained medical professional (such as your family physician), you make a post about it on revscene : healthcare and wellness.

It's a hassle to go to the doctors haha.

Did you work out right away after you got your stitches?

Go to the doctor, it's a hassle, but head injuries shouldn't be taken lightly.

You probably have a concussion.

You shouldn't be working out right away while you're healing up from an injury, that may be the problem that cause your dizziness... You should take a break from working out and see what happens next.
