I've never even bought apps from the Android Market. What the hell do you do? |

Yea, exactly. Songs are $1 apiece. |
If you pirate you're a fucking thief. Could care less about the 100 fails I get - it's the truth. People who have never created anything worthwhile in their life (music, software or other easily copyable IP) just don't get it. Just because you can duplicate something doesn't make it OK. Back in topic: Berzerker, you should wait for the iPhone 5. You don't even really need to use iTunes anymore as even people without a computer can activate, backup and restore their iPhone. iTunes is becoming almost irrelevant with iOS 5. Nice try though :fuckthatshit: As for the "thanks" all those people gave you, I will leave them up there so we can know who they are. They are free to remove their own thanks when they see this response, if they don't want to look stupid. |
^ Wow, so you selectively pirate? And that makes it ok? What if this Parm guy buys movies + music but pirates his android apps "out of principle"? Quote:
I buy all my apps on my iPhone (heck it's just easier). Plus if you plan to stay in the iPhone ecosystem it's pretty worth it. Somehow I find it very intriguing you have never EVER downloaded a song. :bowrofl: |
Why do you find that intriguing? I'm not the type of person who listens to 95.3 all day and watches MTV to find out who the latest pop star is, and download all their music on itunes. For the most part, I have been listening to the same select few bands for the last 10 or 20 years. It doesn't cost me much to just buy their albums whenever they come out, either from itunes, or from their label websites when necessary. Although itunes is getting better at carrying lesser known music. They even have the Skinny Puppy Ain't It Dead Yet video which until now was only available on VHS or bootleg. You are such a fail :lol If Parm pirates android out of principle, then that is his choice. I don't care. I was just wondering why he thinks it's OK to pirate android apps just because it's easy to do so, when they only cost like $1. I am not going to try to convince someone that they should do things my way or any other way but their own. I just raised the question so he can think twice about what he is doing, and come up with the REAL reason why he does it, and why it may or may not be as justifiable as he thought. |
He justifies it in his mind just like you justify your pirating of the Star Wars Blu-Ray release. |
That's fine then. He is a thief who steals $1 apps (but not candy since he can buy that on discount at Costco), and I am a thief who steals from someone who took a great big smelly turd on every Star Wars fan's head. |
