works fine as well.. perhaps it is your phone? did you toggle voice / data?

I didn't change any setting. Using an iphone, it just happened like 10mins ago.

Internet would work fine for a short time then stoppeð. Cannot dial out or receive calls.

I'm using work phone at the moment. Not on Fido

im having problems too. 3G not working. iphone is automatically on edge right now. tried doing a network reset but no luck.

heard cuz they are doing 3g network upgrades, switch to 2g in the meantime and it should be fine

i have called them and they are not aware of any upgrade or service issue

however i was the 3rd guy who called and having similar issues...

told me to reboot the phone like 10times... fuck, it doesnt work at all

EDGE is super slow too...

not too sure whats going on , i never had any network issue with fido before

Go to a store and change the SIM see if it works.

My Bell iPhone 3gs is the same story. It was perfect for a year then starts dropping signal in the middle of the call. And then it began to always drop signal everytime I make a call. And then occasionally there's NO SIM. And then there's always NO SIM. And the next thing you know, even your wifi stop working.

Changing the SIM worked for me. Give it a try, otherwise you may have to call Apple.

I turned the 3G off and it works, although it's still poor reception.

Def a 3G issue.

i was able to fix mine. turn off 3G then turn it back on again after a minute. it worked for me.

It was back to normal after 4pm, all is good now

My bbm was lagging today, thats about it ,with fido.

I experienced problems with fido network yesterday too. An employer called about a job interview and the call dropped. I called back a few times and call didnt go through until 10 mins later. I turned phone off and back on and things went back to normal again. A friend told me that they had similar problems too when they had fido/rogers and that it seems to happen more often when its raining.

ANyone else still having issues with ROgers or Fido?

Mines gone down randomly throughout the whole day.

Says full reception and 3G, but nothing working. Not even the phone. And 3 times today cuts out completely for 5mins or so with zero reception and "SOS" in the corner.
