Damn, you're a little too far away. If you were in North Burnaby, I'd go and drop one off.

Sorry.

Sorry.

If you're in North Burnaby, and he's by Nanaimo Station, I'm sure that he would be more than happy to drive 10 mins to pick it up! I know that I certainly would.

Unless he has no means of transportation there cause he is working on his car...

Kind of a catch 22.. haha

It's only like a 30 minute drive from my place. I spend longer going on random drives at night :p

Lomac 09-16-2011 10:52 PM

Are the springs already mounted onto the shock assembly? Are you just having issues with putting the whole things back into the car?

murd0c 09-16-2011 10:54 PM

maybe you need a spring compressor? super cheap and they work great

I'm guessing the assembled shock is to large and it's not slipping into place?

Luckily I have a set of those as well... :lol

MG1 09-16-2011 11:12 PM

Me too!

RS mini meet?

Alatar 09-16-2011 11:13 PM

I have a set of those too. At work. Along with my 14mm socket, and all my other tools. All locked up in my toolbox. In the shop. :p

I actually have a bunch of tools at home, just no spring compressor at home. Just sockets, ratchets, wrenches, extensions, etc.

MG1 09-16-2011 11:15 PM

Lomac, is your 14mm socket some cheap brand name or is it a Snap On?

murd0c 09-16-2011 11:16 PM

I have my portable craftsman kit that works the best. Why bring your good tools with you ;)

murd0c 09-16-2011 11:16 PM

I would go just to meet MG1 lol

shenmecar 09-16-2011 11:17 PM

you can rent spring compressors at canadian tire. you just got to pay a deposit that you get full refunded back.

Shit, I'll go if others are willing to. I have absolutely nothing to do. Who's in?

MG1 09-16-2011 11:21 PM

I would have been at MRP anyway - to watch burn out competition.
