I beat the Diamond guy yesterday. Felt really good. Parked in Richmond next to the Service Canada location. Parked infront of Nandos. Sat in my car until I saw him go around the corner, then walked around the building and into Service Canada. Muhahahaha.. No ticket. If I didn't know what I was looking for (young kid, billabong sweater walking around looking harmless) I would have likely gotten one.
