old car http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l3...P1010009-1.jpg newhttp://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l3...6/DSC_0341.jpg Coils were bottomed on both, but I run undersized tires due to offsets not allowing for much tuck so the tire pretty much is level with the fender. Should have new coils on the gti and camber to go down an inch or so for next season:) I have never had much problems with driving, stuck in the snow with both cars once each, and exploded an oil pump on the corrado. |

Just saw this thread, Ill bite. Been on the forums for a while now, when I first registered I was rolling in a Mazda3 :fullofwin: was on full low with my BC coilovers.. http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...909_190602.jpg http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...909_191001.jpg It was stiff, enough that it was odd making sharp turns.. (the poke wheels didnt help either) I thought that was low.. This is what I have now.. http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...5051388670.jpg http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...n/IMG_0820.jpg http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...n/IMAG0276.jpg And seriously.. I think I need to go air.. Its nice and all pretty to look at.. but Richmond is a bitch to live specially Red+Low+Loud+Stance.. got a couple VI's.. took the JIC Exhaust off.. I scrape going anywhere, I have to dodge every single pot hole or any elevation on the road, I drag my bumper entering, exiting my house, work, etc. BUT I WANT MORE LOW.. XD Once there was this guy who said function>form, performance>Stance ..:heckno: but I dunno, I hate wheel gaps, I think LOW = FUNCTION = PERFORMANCE LOL.. BLAME THE ROADS OF BC! :suspicious: Fuck the Haters.. :) |
Wow, that matte red looks really good. I've seen this car around but didnt know for sure if it was someone on RS. |
when i first lowered it http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/photo...27_2036914.jpg my clearance for garage http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._4948462_n.jpg i had to raise the car 3/4sincei was scraping everywhere. My cat and my header dont fit quite right so they form a V and it hangs pretty low , and as a DD it was getting a bit unpractical, but doesnt look as good. im not nearly as low as most of you guys, but still low this is now http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...89386755_n.jpg after my accident and getting a new front bumper, this bumper doesnt seem to sit as low, my car almost looks like a 4x4 in this photo hah, maybe because new front tires |

Corvette wheels right? I've seen them on Subies, but they work pretty well with an IS! |

I was tired of crab walking over speed bumps.. now I miss it again lol Cars look hot lowered, just not practical though http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2407/...155a8d22_o.jpg From back in the day when I dropped my car on 15's and the oil pan hung just cm's from the ground. It's hard to tell from this photo but the car is below chest level. It's lower then stock Miata height http://farm1.static.flickr.com/101/2...8c71ad38_o.jpg |
Wish I could do this daily http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...r/3a6816c5.jpg Posted via RS Mobile |
