Its great for a minivan, but sadly this is the new trend in Japan, a lot of the younger guys our ages are into modifying minivans and small economy class cars.
My friend who lives in Japan tells me most of the skylines and other well known Japanese RWD sports cars are driven by guys in their late 30's into 40's Posted via RS Mobile
Been on the forums for a while now, when I first registered I was rolling in a Mazda3 was on full low with my BC coilovers..
It was stiff, enough that it was odd making sharp turns.. (the poke wheels didnt help either) I thought that was low..
This is what I have now..
And seriously.. I think I need to go air.. Its nice and all pretty to look at.. but Richmond is a bitch to live specially Red+Low+Loud+Stance.. got a couple VI's.. took the JIC Exhaust off..
I scrape going anywhere, I have to dodge every single pot hole or any elevation on the road, I drag my bumper entering, exiting my house, work, etc. BUT I WANT MORE LOW.. XD
Once there was this guy who said function>form, performance>Stance .. but I dunno, I hate wheel gaps, I think LOW = FUNCTION = PERFORMANCE LOL.. BLAME THE ROADS OF BC!
Fuck the Haters..
ah odyssey.. I just had a "minor" crash in one 1 week ago.
Spoiler!
I love when those ricers go in the far right bus lane, then when the light turns green they'll gun it and try getting infront. Not happening with the 3.5L vtec

^ My car is still about 1-1.5" from the ground. I'm pretty sure if I drive it this winter my bumper is gone, but im just worried about losing my exhaust or something...
I got a little bit more fender gap from going 18 to 17s but I'm not changing the height unless we get a huge dump of snow and the main streets aren't plowed.
My realtor's car is not even that low and I've had my bumper ripped out of the car from the wheel well end at least 3 times while going up houses' driveways. I reckon it's not wise to force the front bumper + lip to fight the concrete curbs head-on and a more "flexible" solution is required.
I was fed up with it so I invented a self-recovering bumper attachment system with all parts available from home depot. The plastic tabs from factory are removed so to make the bumper "recovery" smooth every time a force pushes up on the lip, leveraging the rear of the bumper to come downwards.
From outside you only see 2 bolt heads....
Some sleeve nuts and nylon washer makes sure that the anchors don't fall off and they give excellent anchor points for your average bungees...
Driveways BRING IT ON!
