It has worked great for me, even up to the moment I turned it off for the last time to deinstall it a couple of days ago. The only issue it has is the 5 or so rightmost columns of pixels is burnt out on the display, which doesn't affect operation of the unit at all.
The deck comes with trim ring, cage, faceplate case, and a brand new OEM Alpine wiring harness, but no remote (cuz I didn't get one with it).
