Fiat MultiAir Technology: cool video

Don't know if this has been posted, but it's a pretty sweet video of Fiat's new innovative air management system; no more cam shafts!

It's in the new Fiat 500, I watched Jay Leno's Garage about his limited edition 500 and they talked about a video online describing the system. Pretty damn cool! 10% less emissions and 15% more torque...

Imagine when this technology is applied to bigger sports cars...

Adjustable valves means you can ditch the throttle body. But why doesn't this have Direct Injection?

but it's Italian, so it will fail and your indy shop won't know how to fix it. Though on paper it's a great idea I'd still wait for a Japanese variant that does not fail you at the most critical moment.
