HTC Panache 4G (Mobilicity)

Has anyone successfully flashed the Panache 4G from Mobilicity with a custom rom?

I am thinking of buying it from Mobilicity, and flashing it with Cyanogenmod later on down the road, but I've read on HoFo that some of these phones have poor eMMC, and that it can cause the phone to permanently brick, if flashed.

Has anyone ran into any issues?

For most Android phones, you can easily fix it if you brick it, as it's a common problem when flashing.

However, this may not be the case with the HTC Panache.
