I ran SLI 560ti's with no issues before. | i'm on 750W 80+Gold with 670 sli and a closed loop cooler
670 TDP is 170W...i'd say you're probably fine stock settings but once you touch voltage for overclock then it might not be enough.

From the little research i've done I noticed its about $1800 of stuff if we were looking to sell it, how much do you believe would be a reasonable asking price?
Also, if i were interested in getting this built as a new set up, what would I be missing? What would building costs be like? | That's a water cooling set up. Not something for beginners and not something a lot of people could do. It's also missing a video card and a case from what I can tell.

Just finished testing the Noctua NH-U14S and holy crap it's better than I expected!
Single tower cooler performs better than any dual tower I have while in silent mode
That's with a really hot CPU too! Tomorrow I'll see if it can take my 4770K past 4.7 GHz (doubtful but we'll see)

How would you compare it to the higher-end liquid cooling AIOs? H100, H220, Eisberg, etc. From the looks of it I'm guessing they're pretty damn close...

speaking of the H220
