I bought a 2nd GTX 560TI to run in SLI, I have a Corsair TX650 (old one, not V2). It says it's SLI capable but only have TWO PCI-E plugs. Each GPU uses TWO plugs. Trying to keep budget down. Can I just buy two PCI-E splitters? Or am I better off using two 4 Pin Molex to PCI-E adapters?

I have it running with PCI-E adapters that came with the card right now, but it looks ugly. I'd much rather buy two splitters if it's safe.

Hope this made sense. Thanks guys

a quick google gives you an answer

[Solved] SLI GTX 560 Ti on 650w PSU - Power-Supplies-PC-Cases-Case-Mods - CPU-Components

go for the molex adapters..splitter sounds like a bad idea

you might also be cutting it close with 650w..i'd say try it first but it may crash if you try to overclock

7850 rarely goes for $200 though

I'd probably still recommend the 560Ti 448

i have the rat 9 (wireless version) of that and i really like it, really comfortable and you can do a lot with the thumb scroll wheel with the software. i can set it to type something and press enter everytime i roll it a little bit, so if i ever need to spam something i can
only downside about the software is that it doesn't boot up your settings when you open it. you have to load it in every time so i really don't bother with it any more

i also have a razer black widow, not the illuminated one
personally, i'm a big fan of blue switches; love the sound and the feedback on it. only downside i could say to it is that gloss black around the keys. it attracts a lot of finger prints and dust.

they announced the 2013 edition of the black widow which has a matte black surround and green leds instead of blue for the ultimate

^ rat 7 seemed to good to be true as it was....not sure if I'll be able to stop myself if there's a wireless version....

Still not sure about the black widow... Pretty affordable as mech keyboards go though...

Closest would be the 560 Ti. They have nothing from the current gen below $300 (660 Ti)

Antec PSU's are supposed to be reliable. But yeah, it does seem abnormally cheap. well over 50% off retail.

the GTX 660 was announced today
$230 which will be competing with the 7850 and 7870
uses the GK106 chip unlike the 660Ti/670/680/690 that uses the GK104
it's roughly the same performance as the GTX 570
