OP you said you tried heating it, yet how hot? The spacer is a different metal than the hub, thus physics tells us it should expand/contract at a different rate, which will help break it loose. The space is aluminum so it should heat up fast. I heated mine then hit it with a sledge, popped right off.
Otherwise just PB blast the shit out of it and wait.
