OP you said you tried heating it, yet how hot? The spacer is a different metal than the hub, thus physics tells us it should expand/contract at a different rate, which will help break it loose. The space is aluminum so it should heat up fast. I heated mine then hit it with a sledge, popped right off.

Otherwise just PB blast the shit out of it and wait.

Same thing happened to my spacers on my M3

I soaked them all overnight in WD40. Then hammer and chisel time

I do not use spacers on my car anymore

If you use Aluminum Spacers, ALWAYS ALWAYS put never-seize on the mating surface for the Spacer-Rotor.

Same thing goes for any Non-Ferrous - Ferrous metals. Lug Nuts, Spacers, Coilover Threads etc.
