LF: Decent HID Kit for 2011 tC

Putting this up for a coworker. The ballasts in his current kit barely lasted a year, and now he wants something that lasts. He wants something for around $200, but just to be safe, I also want to know what kind of good plug-and-play kits are available above that budget.

Thanks!

i installed a set of volt hid's in a buddys 2010 tc. They cost him around 149 bucks and he's had them for about 8 months now. did some research on them and they seem to be pretty decent. i would recommend going with the volt set or a phillip set if he's looking around 200-250 bucks

For clarity, the 2011 tC uses H11 bulbs if that narrows down the results.
