I would like to detail exterior and interior of my vehicle this weekend if weather permits. Anyone would like to give me a list of affordable products to get my paint shined up and free of swirls like some of the pics here? All I have been doing is wash with a sponge.. is there a more of a correct way to wash and shine? Also, my leather is starting to look dry. Anyway to renew the look and get the new car smell back?

Did a 1 stage polish on this neglected Lancer.

The paint of the whole vehicle was heavily oxidized and it looked pink before any treatment.

Furthermore, the rims were caked with brake dust and the bottom half of the vehicle was filled with tar.

We firstly foam cannoned the vehicle in order to rinse off any loose dirt. After that, the vehicle was hand washed and clay clothed in order to remove any embedded debris.

After drying the Lancer, we then performed a 1 stage polish in order to remove the topper layer of the oxidized clear coat and further protect the paint with durable sealant.

No job is done until tyres are shined and exhaust was polished.

Out of curiosity, when using a foam gun/cannon, are you pretty much using the same amount of cleaning agent as you would just using 2 buckets and a mitt?

To do paint correction like this you need to use some form of polisher. Correction like this CAN be done by hand but will take you a VERY long time.

If you are using a dedicated high foaming soap in your lance/cannon then it will have a pre-mix proportion. The foam cannon/lance is not a replacement for the 2 bucket method, it is in addition to. You use the foam cannon to soak the car and loosen the stuck on dirt. Then pressure wash off, then proceed with the 2 bucket method. It is another way to help reduce the scratches you may otherwise get.

Did a 1 stage polish on this 2005 Subaru Legacy.

The vehicle was foam cannoned initially in order to remove any loose dirt. After that, we washed and clay clothed the vehicle in order to reveal the true layer of the clear coat.
Once we cleaned up the vehicle properly, we performed a 1 stage polish in order to remove 70% of paint imperfection.
After that, we rinsed the vehicle again and applied premium last step product for protection.

Did a Wash N Wax on this 2013 Mini Cooper S today as the vehicle had not been washed for the past five months.

The vehicle was initially filled with iron and tar on the bottom of the vehicle. The rims were caked with tons of brake dust and the vehicle was in dull colour.

We did a foam cannon to remove loose dirt and proceed to hand wash the vehicle in detail. After that, the vehicle was clay barred to remove embedded dirt and last step products were applied to protect the paint.

Being invited to attend a frd's beloved STI , we did a Wash & Wax package on this beast proudly.

The vehicle was bombarded with bird poop and dirt as it had not been washed regularly.

Furthermore, the rims were filled with brake dust as if it just returned from a rally course racing.

The vehicle was firstly foam cannoned to remove loose dirt. After that, it was hand washed and clay clothed to remove the embedded dirt.

The rims was hand brushed carefully to ensure the brake dust was removed from the spokes.

After that, the vehicle was protected with premium sealant and topped up with Poor Boys Black Hole glaze & further enhanced the wetness with Mitchell & King boutique wax.
Enjoy !

The vehicle was originally filled with tar and road dust. The rims were caked with brake dust and the paint was little bit dull.

We foam cannoned the vehicle and proceeded to hand wash & clay cloth the paint in order to remove any embedded imperfection.

After that, the vehicle was protected with polymer sealant and topped up with Poorboys glaze to enhance the appearance of the vehicle.

Did a Wash & Wax on this 2006 Acura TL today and further enhanced the paint with Cquartz coating.
The vehicle was repainted recently so the paint was in good condition.

We firstly foam cannoned the TL and hand washed it with premium car shampoo.
After that , we clay barred the vehicle and further wiped it down with IPA alcohol in order to prepare for the installation of ceramic coating.
The choice of the coating was Cquartz as it will allow the dirt be simply washed off the paint and provide a clean surface leaving less water marks on surface.
