Back pain

hey guys, i had this pain for a quite a while now and i usually get it when i'm sore or sitting in a spot for too long, and it's kind of a stinging pain.. I don't know what i did that it started to hurt, and usually if i get a massage or something it goes away but whenever i'm sore i get it

It's the rhomboideus minor, anyone had anything similar to this before?

I also have this back problem. I got into an snowboard accident few years ago when my friend plowed into my back really hard but all i got was a huge bruise and massive pain. I didn't go to hospital or anything, I added lotion on it.
I can't really lift up stuff properly after doing the correct lifting up by using my knees however I am still using my back for support where I'l get pain.

^ Id liked santoku better.. santofu just doesnt cut it =D

Id consider seeing a physiotherapist, strengthening those muscles could help, sounds like chronic pain. Doctors or sports med could help too.

i do exercises regularly and it doesn't hurt when i do it, it's only when i get sore... it's a weird reflect

And doctors i've seen .. , "take an advil" man wtf, massage and putting heat lotion is the thing that works best but it always comes back when i'm sore after workouts

For massage to be effective on the long term it requires a combo of regular massage and sports stretching. This is from someone that blew two disks in his back

What is sports stretching? Like before and after any type ofr physical activity? Did you also do sets of stretching? ie. 3 sets of 30 seconds

A great chiropractor that can help you get healed fast is :
Chiropractor | Vancouver Chiropractor
he is an ironman athlete and an awesome spine adjuster.
Most people have back pain because their spine is out of alignment and pinching their nervous system - for the number one function of the spine is to hold the nervous system - if it is out of alignment and pinching or cutting off some supply of nutrients or messages to a part of the body - pain occurs. Best to always get a chiropractor to look at your spine - get xrays and see for yourself. Dr. Kilian does xrays in office so it is very convenient.
Hope this hleps!
Good luck!
