I went totally sober on the fri and sun and had an awesome time.
Dropped on sat. And had an amazing time till they shut it down :(

It was fun being with the brothas but if we popped , i bet it would have been amazing.

:lawl: Parties in Vancouver are sooooo crap compared to EDC or pretty much anywhere else in the world (Montreal, Taiwan, etc). After hitting up Vegas, I don't think I will EVER go to a club party in Vancouver anymore! Tired of looking at pancake-face LG's & wannabe gangsters acting hard instead of just having fun and enjoying the night out.

Its more of a social thing than anything , not to go out and score lgs and meet some heatbags.

I go out on fridays and just have some drinks and hang with my friends , every other day i have to work.

I hope next year they are earlier on in the night. Their style would have got the crowd going nuts.

I guess Day 2 really bummed me out cause we were at the pool party at tao and that was so fun, was expecting an awesome night but once we arrived , it ended an hour after.

Got there at 12 and decided to have a drink with molly.

besides the fact that Saturday was a lost, and it was because of uncontrollable circumstances, as well as traffic was crazier than I would have suspected, edc was great.

will go again, but on different terms.
-small group of friends
-agree on ride times
-better hotel

there's no sound... but fuck do I ever miss it...

also this, one of the most epic moments imo:

- next year gonna go with my friends that couldn't make it this year
- figured out that leaving early will beat most traffic since most people treat it as a club there, EDC starts at 7, most people won't start heading there until 10. Start heading down at 6 and it's smooth sailing.
- which hotel did you stay at? I got Monte Carlo and was pleasantly surprised for the price I paid. Much better than Treasure Island.

I stayed in Monte Carlo too. Fairly satisfied, except for the monster line for check in on the first day due to computers down and no fridge in the room. But ice machine and bath tub = make shift cooler.

I took shuttle and left the hotel at 7:30 - 8:30 and it was fine. 20 min wait to get thru gate at EDC.

Shuttle line ups at 6-9 was pretty beast on sat and sunday.

Overall traffic wasn't that bad, you could expect to get there in an hour.

I chose Vdara and it was perfect
nice and clean, very quiet, connected and close to hotels and strip

Stayed at Mandarin Oriental , too nice there.

let's get a penthouse!

I cheaped out and went to Imperial Palace. The place was under renos and it sucked. No fridge, no safe, ice machines broke after filling one bucket. Harrah's next door was way nicer.

Totally agree with leaving around 6pm.

I remember him doing that at "lucky" in seattle. At the end of his set, i yelled "fuck" so loud, people were looking at me weird. I hate how he does that.
