| Custom License Plate
Hey guys,
I dont know if this has been done before or not, but my question is..
Does it REALLY take 2 months for the process to complete??
Also, I have a car right now, that I can use to order the licence plate
But I'm switching cars soon, probably within these 2 months of time
So.. can I order it now with one car, and when the plate comes I switch it for another a car????
Or do I have to keep my old car for 2 months until it comes, and then switch over???
In other words, is it possible to order plates for car X, and during the 2 months process I sell car X, and buy car Y??
Thanks!

As long as you keep your existing license plate, yes. If not, it complicates matters.

Depending how many applications needs to be processed by ICBC PNP department. I've sometimes heard a turn around time of a month if its quick..

Mine arrived in less than a month, but I cancelled it like 3 months after because it was just so not worth it IMO

It gets mailed to your broker. Broker receive pnp plates and other inventory from ICBC every month. When the broker gets the plates, they will call you and you go in and do a free plate change (give your current regular ones for the PNP ones).
