Local place to buy QUALITY Micro USB cables? so i bought a bunch from eBay and they don't do shit. some don't sync, some are so thin, they cant carry enough current to charge my power hungry GS2. I know about mono price, but shipping is expensive. $7 to ship a micro USB? :fuckthatshit: yes quality matters. |
If you sell me your Nexus S, I'll give you the USB-Micro cable... OH WAIT. :troll: Serious answer: Try JP Cellular? I'm sure Jacob has tons of these laying around. |
NCIX has em but they have to bring it in from their warehouse. ME has them in stock for $4.99 |
Be careful with some of the microUSB cables from Memory Express. I recently bought a 6 foot one and when I plugged it into my i9100 Galaxy s2, it would not start charging. I thought that the cable was faulty, but in fact, some brands of microUSB cables don't seem to have a long enough "head" to make a proper connection with the microUSB port at the bottom of the galaxy s2. What I did was that I took it back and got them to try different brands of microUSB cables until one worked. It wasn't just my phone either, because they tried it on another staff member's galaxy s2 and it didn't charge either. |
I just ordered 2 more HP touchpad chargers. I know those cables ;)work at least and pump out 2 Amps if needed. Thanks guys |
Oh? How much are you paying for them? I might wanna get a couple. |
You guys DO know that some USB cables don't have leads in them that charge, right? |
