before i sold my 4runner, it throw the same code for a air/fuel oxygen sensor.
They are quite expensive locally, so my recommendation is to get a one from from oxygensensor.com. I think retail is over $300+ here, while its $150 on that site. Make sure its an OE Denso sensor.
When you receive the sensor, its up to you if you want to tackle the job yourself (its not hard, you just know to know what bank is throwing the fault), or take it to a shop to have them install it and the ECU will need clear of faults.
after this you will have to drive the car for a few hours (or a few days) to re-calibrate the OBD before taking it into aircare or you will be rejected.
