I was driving stick shift cars in europe at age 8 on public roads, took them off-roading n shit no one gives a fuk in europe.

true, but a go-kart is small. this is a full sized vehicle.

the only think I'm thinking is how this boy's skill will develop in this type of driver training, as opposed to traditional methods (ie. karting, etc).

It's somewhere in finland/sweden area. All their teenagers are better drivers than 99% of the people in north america
