Hi RSers,
Need some of you guys inputs.
How much is a 2002 BMW 328 Ci Coupe, 240km worth?
Assuming accident free.
Is $4000 a good buy?

Thanks

No accidents over 240,000 kms of driving in 9 years? That's impressive.

There's a one (year 2000) with the exact mileage 240k on craigslist for 6900 but that's from a dealer. I guess 4g is fair.

And maybe another $4K in maintenance to get it back to spec.

Thanks for the helpful inputs.
I heard that bimmers are not meant to last long? and anything over 5 years would means that it would require a a lot of maintenance each year?
What are some main stuff I should look/check for when I take a look at the car?
Thanks again guys

google canadian black book.
search for model year, make, mileage etc.
itll give you a rough idea how much your car is worth.
4k for the car is a pretty reasonable price for a E46 328Ci..

Assuming no rear sub frame rot, car has been properly maintained, bushings been replaced recently, and is manual. Sounds okay then.
If not, get ready to pay up for repairs.

that rear sub frame bushing thing is just exaggerated online.
its not as bad as what most people think.

don't worry, the engine is pretty bullet proof.
drive it until it breaks down, dont waste the money on anything.
