If you plan on replacing the rotors, I strongly recommend you also replace the pads. The used pads will be uneven and grooved from the old rotors and this will make it difficult (nearly impossible) to embed the old pad/new rotor faces evenly. Causing poor braking and accelerated wear.

First of all, do not listen/buy from people that can't distinguish the difference between "brakes" and "breaks"

Second of all, if you plan on getting new rotors and keeping the old pads,
inspect the pads for uneven wear (grooves) and deglaze them using sandpaper.

Third of all, gathering from your questions, please save yourself money/time and just take it to a mechanic. You DO NOT sound mechanically competent. :heckno:
