How much faster can I get of download speed
 
Hi there

I am currently using Samsung Captivate with Rogers. If I use HUP and upgrade my phone to Samsung SII LTE and use it in an area with no LTE coverage yet, will I still be getting much faster download speed than before ?

Please kindly advise ASAP.
