Hypothetical - what would you do with retail frontage on Hastings?
 

Hypothetical question...

Say you had about 300-400sqft of retail space on East Hastings. What would you do with the space? Obviously you wouldn't want to do anything that requires you to interact with the typical East Hastings residents so this rules out convenience store/cafe/restaurant/etc.

Any ideas? Trying to think outside the box here.

sublet it to someone who wants that space (this is a serious suggestion)

if you have the space and don't know what to do with it, let someone who does have a purpose for it pay you for it

suggestions for hastings and main would be different from hastings and abbot/cambie or hastings and gore
