Might buy a phone straight out with no contract.
Rogers and stuff are gay and new release phones they won't sell right away.
Only place I know of is cellworld.

Its pretty easy to not get screwed on CL. Just do your research on the phone before you buy so you know what to look for. And whatever you do, dont be afraid to walk away from a sale

^^^^ do you have to pay taxes at newegg?? cuz last time I wanted to order an arc when it was on sale and I don't know where they ship from so i don't know if i had to pay tax + customs fees etc.

no tax shipped to Point Roberts (I bought it from newegg.com)
Coming over the border you need to pay tax (electronics is just HST).
