Said I would do it sumo but instead I did it conventionally cause I felt like it. It's been a few months since I hit this but I was feeling great on Saturday so I went for it.
405 x 1 deadlift, dubbed over the warcry cause the gym music is phaggy. I'm aiming for 5 reps on this next.

What are some foods that I can bring to school? Tryna bulk up but I'm usually at school from 8:30-6:30 so its hard to get those meals in. And nothing that I need to heat up or use a fork for! Just want some easy to pack meals that I can just eat during class with my hands without a huge mess Posted via RS Mobile
Short answer: There's probably still a lot of easy gains to be made on stronglifts for you.
Long answer: But if you're not enjoying the program, it's kind of pointless to continue. You might be working a little harder for comparable results on the Layne Norton program, but if you have more fun doing it, that's a good enough reason to switch.
Going to do the strong lift for 1 more month, then switch over. The program works, but I've been doing it for a while now ( before my break and now ) and want to try something new
not impressed with my benchpress and over head press tho

You ppl are not alone. I just did 2 x 3 reps 315lb squats today and after I unracked the weights, my knees felt like snap city... Almost tripped on the ground when I took a step back from the rack.
Im retarded for adding so much weight on to my previous progression. The plan was to add 10% each week.. #egolifting

I wanna start oly lifting when my wrist gets better too. Instant, lets oly lift together, no homo. So we can start screaming at those people that look at us funny when we do it at our local gyms.
Morning after Sheiko 37 day 1... 4 eggs, 4 egg whites, chocalate chip pancakes with butter flavoured syrup...
I honestly believe that, although only 3 days/week, this program is more volume then Smolov. I had to bump my max lifts down by 10 lbs to be able to finish it. BUT, having done Smolov, I no longer have DOMS in my legs, no matter what I do!

strangely enough, i also messed up my wrist and cant catch it in rack position. oh well, going on coan-phillipi until it heals...just gonna build raw strength
tris are tiny as fuck and never seem to grow lol any suggestions?
I already do CG bench, pulldowns, overhead extensions and dips but they never seem to grow no matter what
Pulled 315 x 1 yesterday..but my glute is hurting (acute pain when i contract the muscle). Should i lay off of any lower body work, or continue to do some light work?
Common sense tells me to lay off on the squats/deadlifts, but i've never really been injured before...
I say layoff because the glute is a big muscle
Your going to be using it alot for deadlifts/squats, no point of doing squats/deads if your glutes not 100%

Haha, natty bud! Military would never allow it because they're illegal... and they could cause potential blood pressure issues which wouldn't be good for a pilot.
+1 for skull-crushers. Alternate your grip (push / pull) each day.
