good back/deadlift session today. hips are feeling great, little to no pain now after foam rolling daily. they were definitely tight which i'm assuming caused the problem.
weighing in at 163lb now, was 159lb in january. feeling bigger and stronger than ever now.

My gym has all brand new equipment and all the barbells feel like they sort of have a greasy feeling coating to them that hasnt worn off yet, even when wiped down. Combine that with my sweaty hands, the bar likes to slide out of my hands (not grip issue). And sometimes Im too lazy to bring chalk
Grab a piece of paper towel (my gym has those brown tear off sheets and a spray bottle literally everywhere), get it damp, fold in half and wrap it around the bar where your hands go. Instant grip of peace.
So far it gives the same amount of grip at 400lb deadlift as chalk. I might not even bother with chalk anymore this is so easy.
When I saw another bro doing it I instantly thought wtf phaggot but after I tried I was definitely mirin.
you want the paper towel just damp, not wet. if it is too wet it will just tear apart like wet paper.
