I also attempted 325 that day and failed.
Attempted 325 bench the next day and PR'ed it even though it was a really shitty gym rep (no video). Hopefully I'll get a video up a running when I hit 335lb.
Squat 325 x 2 (Also a PR). Starting to be able to move up in weight really gradually as I learn new ways to help cope with my knee pain.

Walked into the gym, quickly warmed up, Squatted 335x2 and followed it up with a quick warm up and pulled 400x2 Deadlift and then 365x10 right after and then walked out. In and out in like 30 mins. Gym was mirin. Saw a girl spontaneously conceive a child watching.
Still ramping my DL back up. Only been pulling again for I think 4 weeks after taking like 9 months off. Fuck I missed deadlifts!!

Awesome lifts instant. Bro in the back was mirin your bench. Guy spotting you is also one of the best spotters around. I heard they call him spot king.
Damn...2 cute girls at S.C trying it out - won't join though
And sheesh, Overheard a guy slipping his disc doing deadlifts with snap central form.
That makes 2 accidents in a year now, that I've heard of. Powerclean dude snapping his ankle and deadlift snap city.
Cray.

The jerk is pretty easy IMO, the Clean is the hardest movement to learn well, and the transition should be relatively simple.
Lots of youtube videos and reading and maybe record a video and post it here. Plant the foot and drive the bar up directly, like a military press, keep wrist inline with forearms, head slightly up.
Just because of thr sheer complexity of the movement, I highly recommend actually attending a workshop/seminar so you get an idea of how your technique really is seen by the eyes of someone experienced. Its def not something you can learn to do properly from just watching videos unlike squatting/deadlifting/bench (but even then its still good to get some in-person feedback.)
Out of the majority of the people that I see doing them at my gym, only one of them looks like they even have the slightest 'idea' of what they're doing. Posted via RS Mobile

nice bench, start working on your arch you could legit add 10-30 lbs to your bench. im starting to work on it too, but damn its hard
squat you need to be more explosive outta the hole, if that makes sense

thanks dude!
I'm actually training without arch because the way they do it for bc powerlifting, they want your ass touching the bench and heels down (which is stupid, but was something i had to adjust to). I did have a minute arch in my back if you notice, enough to incorporate leg drive
As for the squats, lool, with my knees being the way they are i'm lucky to even be able to do squats at all. No squat stretch reflex for me until I feel ready, which won't be for awhile.

Yeah I def know what you mean, it has been something I've been trying to incorporate into the bench but it does require some thoracic extension and flexibility.. (might even try doing what the guy in that picture is doing) But after seeing my video I feel like I'm starting to get the timing right though
i've seen guys like dave tate do it with heels down and its really in sync with the movement and it's not extremely noticeable

+1 I agree Instant, if you can afford it, see a trained strength coach in Olympic lifting.
The information is incredible invaluable. For 100 or less, it will save you from a bad time. Although, I didn't learn the Jerk, I felt it was an easy transition. All it took was one class with that strength coach someone posted here, that works out near Hasting/Clark Area, and laid the foundation. (Was taught the Deadlift, Clean - all in an hour for 60?)
Speaking of which, it wouldn't be bad to go back and visit, re-check my form
I went to Adidas store to try the sizing for the power perftect2 shoe and was planning to buy online, but walked out with them. They're just $100 here and 150 on Adidas.com. Weird Posted via RS Mobile

The moment I read that, I went out to the store and came back with a pair, haha. They had size 12.5 so I was sold. They seem legit!

A tip for anyone who wakes up with a stiff lower back and tight hamstrings - put a pillow between your knees if you sleep on your side, or if you sleep on your back (like I do), put a pillow right under your hamstrings, closer to you knees. I have been doing this for a week now, and it seems like I get a much deeper, better quality sleep and I don't feel anywhere as stiff upon waking up.
It's not something new as many websites advocate for this anyway, but I decided to give it a shot and I was surprised with the results to say the least. I can get into ATG squat position right upon waking up without a warm up now (well not quite, but almost, lol).
